Mt. Gerizim Baptist Church was founded in 1977 by Reverend Jack Watkins and his beautiful wife, Eleanor Watkins — a faithful couple with a vision to build a church grounded in the Word of God and overflowing with the love of Christ. What began as a small gathering of believers has grown into a vibrant, welcoming family united by faith, love, and purpose.

We are a church where everyone has a place, where hearts are open, and where the Spirit of God is alive and moving. At Mt.
